Group Fitness & Cycle News
We are now offering early morning classes to the Group Fitness schedule
- Mon/ Wed 5:45AM Cardio Sculpt
- Tue 5:15AM Mat Pilates
- Thu 5:15AM Athetic Conditioning
We are adding an additional cycle class on Saturday mornings. We will have class at 8AM and 9AM.
The Saturday morning group fitness class now begins at 9AM instead of 9:30AM.

Personal Trainer, TJ Camara is conducting a Kettlebell Class on Thursdays at 5:30PM and Saturdays at 10:30AM. Kettlebell training is a great way to spice up your routine. Click here to view the flyer.
