With a background in nutrition and health, Markquette is concerned with fixing the problem before it starts. Her passion is Dietetics and teaching people how to eat and how to be healthy for their entire lifetime, even when or if they are unable to exercise.
She believes each component of fitness is equally and undoubtedly necessary. "My goal is to give my clients as much knowledge as possible so they find it easy to be health conscious during the "other 23 hours" of their day, not just the hour they share with me. I train the WHOLE body, meaning not only the muscles, but how mind, breath, and movement must be connected for maximum results."
