PILATES STUDIO



Premier Pilates Studio is a full service studio dedicated to the teachings of Joseph H. Pilates and the integrity of his method.  We offer private sessions, semi-private sessions and equipment group classes.  Pilates mat classes are conducted in our Group Fitness Studio.  Pilates is a challenging, specialized method of training, with primary focus on the development of core strength and overall muscle tone.  Additional benefits include improved strength, muscle length, join support and release, flexibility, coordination, stamina and posture.

Experience the diffference

The Pilates Method of body conditioning was developed by german born Joseph H. Pialtes (1880-1967).  The mat and equipment work with the body to create leaner, more limber muscles while strengthening the "powerhouse" muscles of the abdominals, hip complex and back.  A strong powerhouse, like the trunk of a tree, creates a firm foundation for fluid movement.
