Experience the difference 
The Pilates Method of Body Conditioning was developed by German born Joseph H. Pilates (1881-1967). The mat and equipment work with the body to create leaner, more limber muscles while strengthening the “powerhouse” muscles of the abdominals, hip complex and back. A
strong powerhouse, like the trunk of a tree, creates a firm foundation for fluid movement.

Everyone can benefit from Pilates. When practiced correctly, this series of movements will challenge your stamina, improve your flexibility, and increase joint stability. Move with us
Private Sessions The most effective way to begin exploring and understanding the Pilates Method is through one-on-one private sessions that are designed to meet your specific needs. Our certified instructors will guide you through the principles and concepts of Pilates movements and how to apply them to your body.
Duet & Group Sessions These semi-private sessions includes two to four clients who have similar challenges and/or goals. These classes include instruction on the reformers and smaller apparatus.
Mat Classes Our mat classes are designed for beginners and advanced students alike. To ensure proper and attention and safety for our students, a 12-15 student class is recommended.
