"I am a mother of three active girls who were all born within four years. As a result, up until a year ago, I did not take the time to exercise regularly. My health journey began with a desire to feel better, get stronger and to be healthier. Therefore, I joined Premier Fitness in February 2009 to find a form of exercise that would help me accomplish these goals. I utilized many aspects of the gym membership and slowly began climbing towards my goals. However, throughout the many exercise routines and cardio workouts I continued to keep my eye on the Pilates room and schedules hoping I would get the courage to try it out. In August 2009, my curiosity got the best of me and I enrolled in some private sessions. I quickly realized it definitely lives up to its reputation of being a great strength training program with little risk of injury. In September 2009, I began participating in two classes per week and have seen the slenderizing results first hand that makes Pilates so unique. The classes are truly the highlight of my week and I always walk away feeling more energetic and good about what I have accomplished. I believe people at all fitness levels will discover the positive benefits Pilates has to offer just as I have."
"When I started Pilates, I had back problems, no ab muscles, no flexibility, could not do a rollup, and barely made it through the class each time. After 4 years, I can touch the floor with ease, can do pushups the regular way, can sit up straight and tall, can do a roll up, and feel good after class. I am convinced it is what keeps me moving, out of rehab classes, and I feel better. Not only have I improved, but the instructors have stepped way up as well. "I have received Pilates instruction and training from Sarah Burton for about one year once or twice a week early in the mornings. Before I began, I had low back pain, one sore knee, and the inability to do a complete sit up from a lying position. More importantly, it was difficult to sit or lie on the floor with my three grandchildren playing our favorite games. And now -- almost no back pain, knee is great, can finally do a regular sit up, and I can get down on the floor and actually get back up. Pilates helps my flexibility and it's fun."

"My body has been completely transformed since I began Pilates on the Reformers almost a year ago. What started out as something I would just "try" has proved to be the best fitness decision I have ever made. The results have far exceeded my expectations. For example, I've dropped two sizes in pants without loosing a large amount of weight. "Gushy" body fat has been replaced with lean muscle mass. By strengthening my core and lengthening my muscles, I am now leaner, more flexible, and have better overall performance in my fitness activities. "Since taking Pilates classes at Premier I am stronger, have increased flexibility, greater core strength and better balance. After about 2 months of Pilates(3 times a week) the lower back pain I suffered with was gone. I highly recommend the classes to anyone at any fitness level. Personal attention by the instructors is given to each student to ensure we are using the proper techniques and breathing that are crucial to achieving the maxium benefit of the exercises. Pilates has been life changing for me!"
