To counteract the stress of daily life, Leslie believes that you have to make fitness, and healthy choices in general, a priority. An avid runner, she loves to seek new challenges and continuously vary her physical activity to keep workouts interesting.
Leslie feels that hard work and dedication allows individuals to achieve more than they thought possible. "You make a commitment to fitness and then you don't have to 're-make' that decision every day. It just becomes part of who you are."
