American Heart Association CPR & AED Healthcare Provider Emily has experience in personal training coming from Chicago, and is currently working on becoming a USPTA Tennis Professional. She works with a variety of clients having goals including weight loss, improving body composition, athletic conditioning, correcting posture, building core strength, gaining muscular strength/endurance, and increasing flexibility.
Emily can design a fitness program realistic to seeing results in the most efficient manner. Workouts should be challenging to individual needs, with the right amount of patience. She believes fitness in general is a lifestyle so it’s important to have the power that will balance all the components of health and fitness. Her main priority when training is for clients to enjoy being fit and healthy, for a lifetime.
