Cardiovascular and Strength Training
- AB Core - Exclusive! In just 15 to 30 minutes (depending on the instructor), an intense, rock solid Ab & Back workout for the results you want! The perfect addition to your daily routine, attend before or after your cardio workout.
- Advanced Step - High intensity combined with low impact movement performed on and off the step. Step patterns are complex, so if you like choreography this class is just what you’ve been looking for. This class is intended for the intermediate to advanced stepper.
- Boot Camp - WE WANT YOU! To experience intervals of cardio and muscle conditioning drills to firm you up while slimming you down. This high energy, muscle pumping, calorie crushing explosive workout incorporates step drills, plyo-metrics, jump rope drills, and easy to follow boxing drills. Boot Camp is easily modified to suit all fitness levels.
- Cardio Circuit - This class is designed to challenge your cardiovascular system as well as increase muscular endurance and strength. Intervals of Cardio drills and Strength Training drills will make this 55 minute class fly by.
- Cardio Combo - This cardiovascular based class will combine different cardio formats such as step, hi/lo, and boxing along with the benefits of resistance training to offer a balanced workout.
- Cardio Fusion - A Cardio based class designed to keep your heart rate up for approximately 50 minutes. The instructor will choose several Cardio Formats to “Fuse” together!!! The variety will make this workout FLY by while burning off those extra calories.
- Cycle - We want you to set the PACE! This all levels class is geared to both novice and veteran riders. You will experience athletic, adrenaline pumping, cycling drills all done to music within a group setting. If new to this class, come a little early to receive a personalized bike fit. Don’t forget your water bottles….hydration is essential while riding.
- Endurance Ride - This class will focus on different terrains on the cycle while keeping your heart rate in its target zone in order to maximize fat loss. The rate of perceived exertion scale will be used to monitor exertion levels.
- Hills and Mountains - This cycle class will focus on climbing! You will ride up Hills, Mountains, and other types of steep terrain. Climbing is the name of the game in this class. Lots of resistance and visuals will have you saying “Ain’t No Mountain High Enough” in no time!
- Iron Interval - Resistance training plus cardio step intervals equals a quality Iron Bench class. Step patterns will remain at an Intermediate level. All fitness levels welcome.
- Ironworks - A progressive strength training class designed to produce maximum results. Barbells, hand weights, and other various modalities are used during this workout to enhance muscular strength and fitness. Come define yourself. All fitness levels welcome.
- Integrated Strength- Challenge yourself beyond the traditional strength training class with this advanced, total body functional workout. We’ll challenge your muscular endurance as well as balance and core strength by moving through all planes of motion with multi-joint and compound exercises. Most exercises will integrate upper and lower body strength training and include a balance challenge.
- Lower Cuts- In just 30 minutes these rock solid lower body strength drills will cause you to make this class a regular. Attend before or after your cardio workout.
- Premier Athletic Training - 90 minutes of Premiers Very Best! Challenging is the word for this class. Cycle, Calisthenics, Plyo-metrics, Jogging, and Strength training exercises are just a few of the challenges you will face. This class will take your workouts to a new level! If you want to see results this is the class for you.
- Step Moves- FUN INTENSE movements performed on and off a step platform. This class consists of beginner to intermediate step moves. The Intensity level of the class is determined by varying levels of speed, travel, and execution of movements. Do not expect to master all step patterns on your first try…But… keep coming back and you will be a pro in no time!!
- Step Express - 30 minutes of step drills. No confusing choreography, just simple, fun, intense drills. This class is designed to get you in and out in 30 minutes!
- Step Fusion - Step moves combined with intervals of other formats such as bootcamp, ironworks, and kickboxing
- Step Interval - Intervals of step choreography and step drills. Come try out this versatile step class… get the best of our step formats in one rockin’ class.
- Strength Works -This highly efficient, full body strength training workout uses exercise tubing, hand weights, and resist –a- balls to work all the major muscle groups from head to toe!! This will definitely round out your group fitness experience. This workout is easily tailored for the desired intensity. All levels welcome.
- Turbo Kick™ - is an addictive workout that combines shadow boxing, kickboxing, sports drills, dancing, and simple dance moves in a party atmosphere.. Turbo Kick™ is an interval based class that allows participants of any fitness level to participate and custom tailor their work-out. Come get CRAZY and get in shape with this class.
- Upper Cuts - In just 30-45 minutes these rock solid upper body strength drills will cause you to make this class a regular. This strength training workout will compliment any cardio training perfectly.
- Zumba- is the fitness craze that is sweeping the nation and has become a favorite group exercise class in health clubs throughout the world. ZUMBA uses a mix of Latin and international music to create a fun, dynamic, and effective cardio workout. This class combines various rhythms and movements that tone and sculpt the body.
Aqua Classes
- Aqua Moves- This is a act class which focuses on functional movement in shallow water. Movement will focus on ROM, balance and coordination, and flexibility. More participants than ever are joining us in the pool for this low risk, high benefit form of exercise! This workout is suitable for all fitness levels.
- H20 Interval - Intervals of Cardio and Resistance training performed in the water. Beneficial for all fitness levels, and age groups.
- H20 Sport- A 55 minute circuit training class in the pool. This is the perfect way to cross train, get in shape, and have a ton of fun doing it! Intense movements & drills promote cardiovascular fitness, balance, coordination, strength and more.
Mind/Body Classes
- Mat Pilates I - This class is designed for people who have an understanding of the basic Pilates Principals, and who have completed the Intro to Mat series. The classical beginner mat work repertoire will be covered and progression toward intermediate work is addressed. All fitness levels welcome. Introductory class required, see instructor for details.
- Mat Pilates - This energetic class enhances the fundamental understanding of core strength and stabilization as it applies to movement. The exercises selected are based on the principals of Classical Pilates mat work. This class is designed to show proper execution of form, breath, and technique to everyone in a self-paced yet challenging way. Please bring your own sticky mat
- Mat Pilates II - This challenging classical workout is appropriate for students who are ready to learn intermediate mat exercises and who demonstrate an understanding of the basic Pilates Principles. The emphasis is on fluidity of the movements and transitions as well as building the strength, flexibility, and endurance required to add more advanced exercises.
- Performance Pilates – Who doesn’t want a flat stomach? Abs that are defined? More core strength? Relief from back pain? Enhanced flexibility? If that’s you come… be a part of the total body system designed by Joseph Pilates. Come give it a try and you are guaranteed to see an improvement in your sports performance and daily living.

- Power Pilates - Learn to utilize and strengthen your “powerhouse” your deep abdominal muscles, obliques and lower back in this one-hour class that combines the precise movements of Pilates with powerful fitness elements
- Praise Moves - In this class you will focus on Deep Stretching, Gentle Movement and Strong Scripture. Focus in these areas will benefit Weight Loss, Stress Relief, Flexibility, Balance and Strength. Praise Moves is designed to improve your overall sense of health and well being. Everyone is Welcome.
- Total Body Stretch- This class is taught by one of our very own certified personal trainers! Foam Rollers as well as other modalities are used to experience a deep tissue stretch and massage. This workout stimulates muscle recovery enhancing your workouts in the gym. All fitness levels welcome.
Low Impact Classes
- Forever Fit - This workout is designed for all fitness enthusiasts who desire a low impact workout. This class will focus on functional fitness (movements that simulate real life). Participants will enjoy a series of movements geared to increase strength, flexibility, and balance.
Kids Classes
- Army of Angels - Ages 3-5yrs - Class will be filled with lots of fun, exercise, bible scriptures, dancing, games, and more. We will use ribbons, mats, balls, jump-ropes, and hula-hoops to keep our blood pumping. Our primary focus is to teach these children that Jesus loves for us to take care of our bodies. Army of Angels is designed to make an imprint on their little hearts that exercise is fun and it makes us all feel good.
- Kingdom Warriors - Ages 6-11yrs - Want your children to learn how important it is to stay fit and eat right; while also learning about the Lord? The foundation of these classes is to learn that it is God’s will for us to take care of our bodies on the outside and the inside. We will learn bible scriptures, pray, stretch, dance, do aerobics, play games, and do strength training. The children will use ribbons, mats, jump-robes, balls, and much more. We believe these classes will help create a habit of fitness and teach children to become victorious warriors and solders for the Lord.
