Nicole Babineau
I am a wife and active mother of 5. Somewhere along the way, my love of fitness lead to teach spin classes in 2003. I have enjoyed teaching spin and still teach weekly.
I discovered Pilates in 2007, fell in love with the reformer and found myself taking up to 6 classes a week, sometimes twice in a day. With a little nudge from other instructors and friends, I took the plunge and finished my level 1 certification through Peak Pilates in May 2008. I completed level 2 training this March 2009 and plan to continue my education with level 3. It is hard work, but so worth it!
It is a true joy for me to open my clients eyes to the benefits and challenges of Pilates. Every workout you can discover something new about your body and the Pilates method. It is truly never boring! And I love finding new ways to get my clients to deepen their work with different variations and props. There is always something new to learn and to teach. I love the look of accomplishment that my clients get when they FINALLY do their first "teaser" or unassisted rollup!
I am proud to be a part of the Premier Pilates team. Everyone of the instructors is dedicated to providing the best Pilates workouts possible and are passionate in their love of the process and method.
