Athletic Conditioning – Are you bored with your workout routine or frustrated with no results? Then you should try our Athletic Conditioning class to help launch you to the next level. This is a 30 minute fast paced class that will give you non-stop, fat blasting workout that combines core and strength conditioning along with fast paced cardio/ athletic drills.
Body Sculpt – This class is designed to produce maximum results in minimal time by toning your body and enhancing your muscular strength. We will use plate loaded barbells, hand weights and bands. The goal of the class is to develop muscular endurance. Steps may or may not be used (but there is no step choreography).
Cardio Ball – This is a fun class that promotes cardiovascular training using the resistance ball. We will target all major muscle groups with a mixture of heart pumping endurance combinations and core development techniques.
Cardio Sculpt – This class is designed to improve overall conditioning by rotating between cardiovascular and muscular endurance exercises. A variety of equipment will be used. Steps may or may not be used.
Fit Kids – This is a fee based fitness class for children. Classes are split into age groups (see schedule). The class is designed to educate the children on the importance of healthy lifestyle habits. We will introduce fitness skills and exercises and end the class with a workout. Fees for class are available online and at the Service Desk.
Forever Fit - This workout is designed for our senior fitness enthusiasts who desire a low impact workout. This class will focus on functional fitness (movements that simulate real life). Participants will enjoy a series of movements geared to increase strength, flexibility, and balance. Silver Sneaker members welcome.
Pilates- This class focuses on strengthening the core of the body through controlled movement. These movements help with posture, strength, flexibility, and creating an overall well being.
Piloxing – Piloxing uniquely mixes Pilates and boxing into a fat torching, muscle sculpting core-centric interval workout, guaranteed to whip you into shape, using a class format that’s both fun and challenging.
Strength and Stretch – By combining core stability moves, body weight exercises and serious stretching this class aims to make you stronger, longer and leaner. This class is physically challenging but also a great way to release and relax tired, tight muscles.
Total Body Conditioning - Challenge yourself to reach a new fitness level with a class comprised of cardio, strength and endurance drills. This class utilizes hand weights, bands, jump ropes, athletic drills, and plyometrics. Nothing is off limits during this high intensity total body workout. Portions of this class will be held outside when weather permits.
Zumba - If you want to experience fitness in disguise then this is the class for you. Zumba uses a mix of Latin and international music to create fun, dynamic, and effective cardio workouts. This class combines various rhythms and movements that tone and sculpt the entire body.
